Collegian Movers was not the first company I called to help me with a move. After the first two companies never returned my calls, I found Collegian. From the minute I called, I was very pleased. A person actually answered the phone! No answering machine or series of voice prompts to talk to someone. To receive very friendly and helpful customer service from the start seems like something we just don’t get anymore, but Collegian exceeded my expectations. The move went flawlessly and Collegian kept me updated throughout the process. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them. Although I didn’t call them first, they will be my only call for any moving needs I have in the future.
